Biography

Dr. Shimon Rojany is a Principal Associate having over twenty five years consulting experience with The Adizes Institute. He focuses on the development of organizational mission and vision, the design and implementation of organizational structures, and the design and monitoring of managerial and financial accountability systems. His work has taken him all over the world and across many globally diversified industries. He has trained many consultants and executives in various areas of financial and managerial disciplines.

Shimon has work with the Adizes Institute since 1991 except for periods in 2008-2009 and 2000-2003 when he worked with CIM Group and ClickSoftware, respectively. Shimon served as interim Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of CIM group, a multibillion real estate investments and management company. This position grew out of a consulting engagement for CIM. Shimon is a co-founder of ClickSoftware (CKSW), a global service chain optimization software company where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Shimon and ClickSoftware’s CEO took the company through a public offering in 2000.

In 1987 Shimon co-founded Ariel Investments, Inc. a realestate investment firm. Ariel Investments was involved in residential and commercial development in California. Shimon has also served as a Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lowe Enterprises, Inc. a real estate development and asset management company. He managed the financial and administrative affairs of numerous related and affiliated entities. Shimon practiced with the public accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand and left public accounting as an audit manager. Concurrently with his employment at Coopers & Lybrand, Shimon lectured on accounting, finance and management related topics at California State University, Dominguez Hills. Shimon is a former PA. He earned a doctorate in Organizational Transformation from the Adizes Graduate School (with distinction), an MBA in Management Decision Systems from the University of Southern California (Beta Gamma Sigma), and a B. S. degree in accounting California State University, Northridge (Magna Cum Laude).
