Biography

Ilya Mayzler has more than twenty years of consulting experience. Moreover, he worked for over five years as Director for Strategy and Organizational Development in a large construction holding. His fields of specialization include optimization and development of business processes, implementation of management accounting and budgeting systems, designing of reward systems and project management systems. He implemented several large-scale comprehensive projects to improve the efficiency of company management systems and numerous projects to improve the efficiency of separate business functions.

As Director for Strategy and Organizational Development he successfully completed the company transformation project following the Adizes Methodology.
Ilya is a graduate of the Urals State Technical University with qualifications in Industrial Economics and Management. He also has a degree in Management Consulting.

He started collaborating with Adizes Institute in 2011 and was licensed as an Adizes In-Company Change Leader Phases I and II in 2013. Ilya has been working as Adizes Associate since 2016. His working language is Russian.

Ilya lives in Samara, Russia.
