Biography

Alexander Tynyanskikh has a strong 20+ years experience in management model transformations.He gained it while working for Sberbank, thelargest bank of Central and Eastern Europe (330Kstaff).

He started his banking career in 1995 as an IT-specialist and completed it in 2017 as a director of the regional development department.He has worked with the CEO and Executive Board members on strategy development andimplementation, business process management, headcount management and numerousorganisational, functional and regional structure reorganisations.It was 2013 when Alexanderdeep dived into the Adizes methodology since he was the leader of theSberbank team on the HQ structure transformation project with Dr. Ichak Adizes.

The ideas of theAdizes methodology impressed him so much that in 2019 Alexander decided to join Adizes Institute as a next step on his professional way.Alexander has Russian State Academy of Management diploma in Economical Cybernetics,London Business School diploma in the Executive Management, The Open University diploma inChange management, he is a certified project manager of International Project ManagementAssociation (IPMA), a certified coach of International Coach Federation (ICF), and a certifiedconsultant of The Myers-Briggs Company. Alexander speaks Russian and English. He has adaughter and resides in Moscow
