Alvaro Nuñez is the Managing Partner for the Adizes Guadalajara Office. Prior to his work with Adizes, he developed a unique perspective on dealing with accelerated change and organizational behavior as the founder of four companies in the industries of construction, marketing, consulting, and software development. It was through these enterprises that he became acquainted with the Adizes Methodology.

He developed a particular interest in organizational transformation, and subsequently became certified in Adizes Phases I, II and III. As his companies flourished, Alvaro successfully transitioned leadership of these, while remaining a permanent member of the Board in all four entities. Currently, in addition to his work transforming organizations for exceptional performance, he is often invited to lecture across North America.

He has also served as an adjunct professor at the ITESM Guadalajara Graduate School, teaching Adizes Management Theory, Organizational Transformation, and other management modules. Alvaro earned his International Business, Bachelor of Science Degree from the Universidad Pan Americana in Guadalajara in 2007. He currently resides in Guadalajara, Mexico with his family.

Anton is a Russian-speaking consultant of Adizes Institute since 2017.

He is qualified in Phases I-IV of the Adizes Methodology. He teaches in the graduate business school of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov.

He has been a participant and speaker of dozens of international conferences since 2008. He is the founder and president of the company 1C-ArchitectBusiness since 1997, is among the three largest companies in Russia that are developing and implementing IT solutions and services on the platform 1C:Enterprise. Ayhan Dayoglu, graduated from Yildiz Technical University (YTU) as mechanical engineer in 1988.

He received his MBA and Executive MBA from YTU and Sabancı University (SU) respectively. Ayhan started to work in Boronkay as aftersales services manager responsible for Daf Bus and Thermo King in 1992.

He moved to Temsa owned by Turkish conglomerate named Sabanci Holding as spare parts and aftersales manager in1998. Then he became sales and marketing director responsible for Turkey and moved to Adana. Later he was promoted as general manager of Temsa Egyptlocated in Cairo. He lived in Egypt until October 2011. After a long and educational period with Temsa, Ayhan was transferred to Ak Insurance, one of the leading non-life insurance provider belongs to Sabanci Holding and Ageas of Belgium, as assistant general manager responsible for claim and operations.

He managed over $350 million budget and restructured claim and health divisions to support growth and profitability of the company. In August 2016, Ayhan founded his consulting company to assist organizations to cope with disruptive challenges. Ayhan believes that the most important matter when it comes to taking necessary actions is productive/happy employees and he focuses on developing and improving skills of people around him.

He completed ICF accredited Gestalt Coaching, Gestalt Group Coaching, Flow Team Coaching and Adizes Institute Integrators Programs. Ayhan has over 1.000hours of individual & organizational coaching and training experience.

Barbara has been since 2008 the director of CEED Slovenia (Center for Entrepreneurship & Executive Development) and recently became also the Global Program Manager working directly as part of the global team responsible for applying the CEED model to newly established CEED centers around the world.

Barbara has joined CEED in 2008 to help companies in their growth. She developed a comprehensive program that is based on sharing experiences,as well as training & coaching founders & business leaders of high growth companies. Over the 10 years CEED in Slovenia has thus helped over 500 companies, developed a network of over 100 professionals and mentors and has been an important contributor in building the entrepreneurial eco-systemin Slovenia. In her role she also acts as a mentor and trainer.

As CEED expanded internationally Barbara’s role expanded to support the newly established centers globally. Thus,she has helped establish the program in Macedonia, Kosovo, Morocco, Tunisia, Tanzania, Armenia, Moldavia, Bulgaria & Romania and acts as part of the global team in the expansion strategy of CEED globally.

Prior to CEED, Barbara worked over 10 years in a leading Slovene software development company HERMESS of tlab that grew from a start-up to an international company with more than 1000 employees and offices all over Europe & the USA.

Mr. Boris Vukic is the Co-founder and Partner of Adizes Southeast Europe. He is responsible for Adizes business development in this region. He regularly lectures and consults on the Adizes methodology in Southeast Europe.

Boris was first introduced to the Adizes Methodology in September of 1994. He was promptly trained and then Certified in Phases I, II, and III in February 1997. Over the past twenty years, Boris has provided services to over 100 companies. He specializes in integrating teams of key managers to solve organizational transformation problems.

He coaches owners and founders through the transition process from entrepreneurship to professional management and specializes in teaching the transfer of practical knowledge, tools and management wisdom to young professionals.

Boris has been the featured speaker and presenter at several conferences and is known for his convincing and engaging presentations. Boris is the editor of the Adizes SEE Newsletter and has edited numerous management books.

He has written more than twenty articles on organizational development and actively contributes to management periodicals in Serbia, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. He also wrote the forward in the Serbian editions of Dr. Adizes and Bo Jäghult books.

Borislav Djuric has over twenty years of work experience.

At the beginning of his career, he was sale representative for a big European company. Borislav became Manager of the sales team after three years work in that company. It was his first contact with people management.

Two years latera great opportunity came up and Borislav started to work as Manager of the commercial sector in one Slovenian company. From 2008. to 2015 he was CEO in two companies from animal feed industry. He established a several sales teams, purchasing sectors and marketing sectors during those seven years. Also, Borislav provided organization transformation and implementation of the quality standard in those two companies.

He met with the Adizes methodology for the first time in 2006. It happened during the lecture “Corporate Life Cycles“ by Mr. Vukic from ASEE. Fascinated by the reality of examples and correlation to his own experiences, he decided to apply principles of Adizes methodology in the companies where he was working.

Borislav joined the ASEE team in 2015. His area of work is job descriptions, Leadership training, Team problem-solving in companies. He graduated 1998 from the University of Novi Sad with a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural.He is married, has two daughters and resides in Serbia. He has been a member of the World Association of free diver for 11 years.

Danilo Gomez has a strong background in finance and human resources gained from his experience within various global companies in different industries like

As the project leader of the Adizes program within the organization Danilo was intimately involved with its deployment. After successfully launching and implementing Adizes in this company, he decided to join Adizes as a full-time associate. Since then Danilo has undergone rigorous trainings so as to deepen his understanding and capability.

Danilo brings his experience of being on the receiving end of the Adizes methodology to every one of his engagements. He has a very hand on style of delivery and is able to provide in-depth coaching and support to those individuals charged with leading the Adizes deployment within client organizations.

Don is an experienced executive and has built businesses both organically and by acquisition in different parts of the world. He led an Australian company to list on the

Goran has  more than 22 years of work experience. After finishing the Faculty of Agriculture he started working as a technologist in a small local factory of animal feed. In addition to creating recipes, Goran was involved in production organisation as well as work with clients. This small but successful Go-go company was his second home for three years. At the same time  he and his wife started  a small chain of fast food stores.  Five years later a great opportunity came up and Goran started to work as a sales representative for a big European company. Over the years he gained great experience in several companies, working in more responsible positions. As a sales director  he led the sales team of 25 employees for five years.


He came into contact with  the Adizes methodology for the first time in 2005. It happened during the lecture “ Corporate Life Cycles“ by Mr Vukić from ASEE. Fascinated by the reality of examples and correlation to his own experiences, he decided to further examine this topic.

Until  2011  he attended several trainings organised by ASEE, and then he joined  their team.

As very experienced sales manager he took the responsibility for development and implementation of sales trainings  in ASEE. During the years he worked on the creation of job descriptions in many companies. Lately he has been leading a synearteams.


Goran has been married for almost 20 years and he has three children. He has been a member of a blues band for 15 years. Gigs in clubs and festivals in the region give him great pleasure and relaxation.

The history of Adizes dates back to the spring of 1966, when a young Ichak Adizes, as part of his doctoral dissertation, studied the Yugoslav industrial democracy-management system. This democratic approach to management stood in stark contrast to the top down management approach used in the United States, and it was by studying these two approaches and evaluating their relative strengths and weaknesses that the Adizes® Methodology was first conceived.

In 1971, the book Industrial Democracy: Yugoslav Style was published to much acclaim. The book was immediately translated into many languages establishing Dr. Adizes as an expert on the subject of the democratization of organizations, a subject he was invited to speak on at events around the world. That same year Dr. Adizes established the MDOR (Management Development and Organizational Research) Institute where he worked with clients as a consultant. It was at this stage that the application of the Adizes® Methodology was first tested and refined.

By 1979, the name MDOR Institute had been changed to the Adizes Institute and Dr. Adizes had already published his second and third books, Self Management – New Dimensions to Democracy and How to Solve the Mismanagement Crisis, respectively. With increased demands for Dr. Adizes’ consulting services, he resigned his tenure at UCLA Graduate School of Management so that he could dedicate more of his time to developing and documenting the Adizes® Methodology.

Dr. Adizes first started training and certifying others in the Adizes® Methodology as far back as 1977. Since then hundreds of individuals have been trained and certified in the Adizes® Methodology establishing thriving offices around the world.

Over the past few decades the Adizes Institute has emerged from a one-man operation into a multinational service organization.Dr. Adizes has written 26 books to 40 languages, has 21 honorary doctorates and two honorary citizenships for his contributions to the country.

Ilya Mayzler has more than twenty years of consulting experience. Moreover, he worked for over five years as Director for Strategy and Organizational Development in a large construction holding. As a certified Adizes Associate, Mr. Mirko Mušič is working with Adizes methodology from 2009. Under the supervision of Dr. Ichak Adizes, Mirko facilitated the process of organizational transformation of family-owned Halcom d.d., the company of the year 2011, which lead to maturing of the company and its successful sale in 2016.

He led or participated in organizational-transformation programs for client companies in Germany, USA, Slovenia, India, Turkey, Israel, Mexico, Latvia, Norway and Hong Kong. Through tailor-made TopLeaf programs he has trained over two hundred participants from various companies in the basics of the Adizes methodology.

Within the Adizes Institute he is a Phase master for Strategic Direction (Mission Action Plan) phase of the organizational transformation process and a Managing Director of the Adizes Alpine office.

After receiving his Ph.D. in nuclear physics on Max-Planck Institute in Heidelberg, Germany at the age of 26, Mirko was active in telecommunication industry, predominantly with SIEMENS in Munich. Positions he held included research, business development, marketing and sales. After starting and managing a business unit within a huge corporation, he proceeded to manage an Australian high-tech start-up funded with venture capital. A two-year period of fast growth and development was followed by a successful company sale to a strategic partner.

When he relocated to Slovenia, he started his own consulting company providing support to boards and directors in improving the competitiveness of companies they manage. He participated in numerous projects in various industries throughout Europe. Within Technology Park of Ljubljana, he was a coordinator of business mentors and is mentoring several high-tech start-up companies. After he joined Adizes, most of his projects are spread around the globe.

For last fifteen years Mirko is active as a member of the Board of Directors of several companies and the Board of the Slovene Chamber of Management Consultants. He recently successfully sold his share in the leading Slovene organic-retail company, where he was a cofounder and the president of the Board for ten years. His articles are published in various business magazines.

Mirko’s biggest project was organizational transformation of an international corporation owned, governed and managed by 7 siblings of one family. His currently largest project is shaping a strategy and designing a structure of a merged company seeking for a 100 Mio USD investment.

Mirko is married, has two daughters and lives with his family in Ljubljana, capitol of Slovenia.

Mr. Golenchenko has worked in the US and internationally with organizations operating in IT, logistics, telecommunications, healthcare, construction, engineering services, postgraduate education, manufacturing, and retail.

Dr. Shimon Rojany is a Principal Associate having over twenty five years consulting experience with The Adizes Institute. He focuses on the development of organizational mission and vision, the design and implementation of organizational structures, and the design and monitoring of managerial and financial accountability systems. His work has taken him all over the world and across many globally diversified industries. He has trained many consultants and executives in various areas of financial and managerial disciplines.

Shimon has work with the Adizes Institute since 1991 except for periods in 2008-2009 and 2000-2003 when he worked with CIM Group and ClickSoftware, respectively. Shimon served as interim Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of CIM group, a multibillion real estate investments and management company. This position grew out of a consulting engagement for CIM. Shimon is a co-founder of ClickSoftware (CKSW), a global service chain optimization software company where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Shimon and ClickSoftware’s CEO took the company through a public offering in 2000.

In 1987 Shimon co-founded Ariel Investments, Inc. a realestate investment firm. Ariel Investments was involved in residential and commercial development in California. Shimon has also served as a Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lowe Enterprises, Inc. a real estate development and asset management company. He managed the financial and administrative affairs of numerous related and affiliated entities. Shimon practiced with the public accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand and left public accounting as an audit manager. Concurrently with his employment at Coopers & Lybrand, Shimon lectured on accounting, finance and management related topics at California State University, Dominguez Hills. Shimon is a former PA. He earned a doctorate in Organizational Transformation from the Adizes Graduate School (with distinction), an MBA in Management Decision Systems from the University of Southern California (Beta Gamma Sigma), and a B. S. degree in accounting California State University, Northridge (Magna Cum Laude).

As a certified Adizes Principal Associate, he delivers key modules of the Adizes Program. He is actively involved as a board member, and also served in the capacity of Executive Director of, the Adizes Graduate School, which has been established to grant Master’s and Doctoral degrees in the study of Leadership and Change. He also served as President of Adizes Institute Professional Services, and was responsible for the business operations of the Institute with special emphasis on program delivery and caring for the needs of current and new client members of Adizes.

Working closely with Dr. Adizes for the past fifteen years and with over 20 years of experience in the high technology and information systems sector, Mr. Dovedy brings to his work at the Adizes Institute a varied background in the Software, Manufacturing and Service industries. He has run global organizations and in dealt with fast changing environments. Just before joining the Institute, he successfully deployed the Adizes Program in his organization. This prior experience and his continuing work with client members of Adizes, both in the profit and non-profit arena; have given him powerful insights into the key factors that are critical to successfully deploying the Adizes methodology in a variety of settings.

Throughout his career, Mr. Dovedy has continually been involved in the creation and management of high performance teams. With a continuing focus on driving the overall organization and key business units toward superior levels of achievement, some of his many successes include:
 Freeing the founding entrepreneurs of the organizational burden as it reaches a certain size and scale by shifting it to a professionally managed entity in an elegant and natural manner.

 Moving a global customer support organizations from a reactive stance to a knowledge centered proactive unit, in order to support a 40% annual business growth while gaining a 50% improvement in customer support satisfaction and simultaneously reducing support costs by 30%.

Victoria   Kucherchuk   first   started   working   with the Adizes Institute in 2009 as an Adizes Instructor. In this capacity, she has introduced countless individuals and organizations, around the world, to the Adizes Methodology. She is now a Certified Adizes Symbergetic™ Consultant where she specializes in helping organizations diagnose and solve their biggest problems.

Victoria has benefitted from collaborations with Adizes Consultants from the USA, Switzerland, Denmark, and Serbia. Her clients represent diverse industries, and profit from her professional approach and rich background.

Victoria has extensive experience as a successful business trainer, consultant and coach. Since 2003, she has worked with companies from various industries, helping managers improve their client-orientation, teamwork, people management skills, and abilities to coach their professional teams. In 2006, she established her own training company, Team Expert, LLC, specializing in teamwork development. She found that the Adizes PAEI concept added value to programs for managers interested in improving their management styles and teamwork capabilities and thus incorporated it into her work. The company continues to develop successfully and currently serves clients in Ukraine and some other neighbor countries.

From 1999–2003, Victoria was the Corporate Human Resources Trainer for Avon Cosmetics in Ukraine. During that time, she organized their Corporate Training & Development Center, facilitated the Avon Basic & Advanced Management Program, and worked with all levels of personnel, including the international team of trainers (European Learning Net).

Besides being certified in the Adizes Methodology, Victoria holds several international certificates and diplomas on management, leadership and coaching.

The history of Adizes dates back to the spring of 1966, when a young Ichak Adizes, as part of his doctoral dissertation, studied the Yugoslav industrial democracy-management system. This democratic approach to management stood in stark contrast to the top down management approach used in the United States, and it was by studying these two approaches and evaluating their relative strengths and weaknesses that the Adizes® Methodology was first conceived.

In 1971, the book Industrial Democracy: Yugoslav Style was published to much acclaim. The book was immediately translated into many languages establishing Dr. Adizes as an expert on the subject of the democratization of organizations, a subject he was invited to speak on at events around the world. That same year Dr. Adizes established the MDOR (Management Development and Organizational Research) Institute where he worked with clients as a consultant. It was at this stage that the application of the Adizes® Methodology was first tested and refined.

By 1979, the name MDOR Institute had been changed to the Adizes Institute and Dr. Adizes had already published his second and third books, Self Management – New Dimensions to Democracy and How to Solve the Mismanagement Crisis, respectively. With increased demands for Dr. Adizes’ consulting services, he resigned his tenure at UCLA Graduate School of Management so that he could dedicate more of his time to developing and documenting the Adizes® Methodology.

Dr. Adizes first started training and certifying others in the Adizes® Methodology as far back as 1977. Since then hundreds of individuals have been trained and certified in the Adizes® Methodology establishing thriving offices around the world.

Over the past few decades the Adizes Institute has emerged from a one-man operation into a multinational service organization.Dr. Adizes has written 26 books to 40 languages, has 21 honorary doctorates and two honorary citizenships for his contributions to the country.
Recipient of the Life Time Achievement award by the International Academy of Management.

Alvaro Nuñez is the Managing Partner for the Adizes Guadalajara Office. Prior to his work with Adizes, he developed a unique perspective on dealing with accelerated change and organizational behavior as the founder of four companies in the industries of construction, marketing, consulting, and software development. It was through these enterprises that he became acquainted with the Adizes Methodology.

He developed a particular interest in organizational transformation, and subsequently became certified in Adizes Phases I, II and III. As his companies flourished, Alvaro successfully transitioned leadership of these, while remaining a permanent member of the Board in all four entities. Currently, in addition to his work transforming organizations for exceptional performance, he is often invited to lecture across North America.

He has also served as an adjunct professor at the ITESM Guadalajara Graduate School, teaching Adizes Management Theory, Organizational Transformation, and other management modules. Alvaro earned his International Business, Bachelor of Science Degree from the Universidad Pan Americana in Guadalajara in 2007. He currently resides in Guadalajara, Mexico with his family.

Mr. Boris Vukic is the Co-founder and Partner of Adizes Southeast Europe. He is responsible for Adizes business development in this region. He regularly lectures and consults on the Adizes methodology in Southeast Europe.

Boris was first introduced to the Adizes Methodology in September of 1994. He was promptly trained and then Certified in Phases I, II, and III in February 1997. Over the past twenty years, Boris has provided services to over 100 companies. He specializes in integrating teams of key managers to solve organizational transformation problems.

He coaches owners and founders through the transition process from entrepreneurship to professional management and specializes in teaching the transfer of practical knowledge, tools and management wisdom to young professionals.

Boris has been the featured speaker and presenter at several conferences and is known for his convincing and engaging presentations. Boris is the editor of the Adizes SEE Newsletter and has edited numerous management books.

He has written more than twenty articles on organizational development and actively contributes to management periodicals in Serbia, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. He also wrote the forward in the Serbian editions of Dr. Adizes and Bo Jäghult books.

Boris lives with his wife and two children in Novi Sad, Serbia.

Throughout his career, Mr. Bhan has led startups in various countries, managed growth in a fast changing and high growth area, mergers & acquisitions , managed growth in troubled economic times, turned around loss making companies and led highly effective and core leadership teams. Mr Bhan was in direct operations as well as startegic support function of Head Office exposing him to the art of not just taking decisions but getting them implemented effectively.

Mr. Bhan has also worked for a global High Tech Company in India, a specialized Electrical Contractor in Abu Dhabi, UAE and also ran his own automobile agency responsible for Sales and Service of the automobiles giving him a varied and rich exposure. Mr Bhan has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and has attended several leadership and management programs through his career. He is married and has two university going daughters and two foster daughters. He presently resides in Noida. As a certified Adizes Associate, Mr. Mirko Mušič is working with Adizes methodology from 2009. Under the supervision of Dr. Ichak Adizes, Mirko facilitated the process of organizational transformation of family-owned Halcom d.d., the company of the year 2011, which lead to maturing of the company and its successful sale in 2016.

He led or participated in organizational-transformation programs for client companies in Germany, USA, Slovenia, India, Turkey, Israel, Mexico, Latvia, Norway and Hong Kong. Through tailor-made TopLeaf programs he has trained over two hundred participants from various companies in the basics of the Adizes methodology.

Within the Adizes Institute he is a Phase master for Strategic Direction (Mission Action Plan) phase of the organizational transformation process and a Managing Director of the Adizes Alpine office.

After receiving his Ph.D. in nuclear physics on Max-Planck Institute in Heidelberg, Germany at the age of 26, Mirko was active in telecommunication industry, predominantly with SIEMENS in Munich. Positions he held included research, business development, marketing and sales. After starting and managing a business unit within a huge corporation, he proceeded to manage an Australian high-tech start-up funded with venture capital. A two-year period of fast growth and development was followed by a successful company sale to a strategic partner.

When he relocated to Slovenia, he started his own consulting company providing support to boards and directors in improving the competitiveness of companies they manage. He participated in numerous projects in various industries throughout Europe. Within Technology Park of Ljubljana, he was a coordinator of business mentors and is mentoring several high-tech start-up companies. After he joined Adizes, most of his projects are spread around the globe.

For last fifteen years Mirko is active as a member of the Board of Directors of several companies and the Board of the Slovene Chamber of Management Consultants. He recently successfully sold his share in the leading Slovene organic-retail company, where he was a cofounder and the president of the Board for ten years. His articles are published in various business magazines.

Mirko’s biggest project was organizational transformation of an international corporation owned, governed and managed by 7 siblings of one family. His currently largest project is shaping a strategy and designing a structure of a merged company seeking for a 100 Mio USD investment.

Pavel Golenchenko as a Certified Senior Associate, he delivers consulting services for Adizes clients worldwide, facilitating their organizational change. Pavel also regularly presents advanced concepts on the Adizes Methodology to Executives and CEO’s around the world. Pavel works with clients in English and Russian.

Having studied at the University of Colorado, Boulder and Belarusian State University, Belarus Pavel graduated in 1999 with a M.S. in Management with a focus on marketing of high-tech and innovation. He also holds Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from Belarusian State Technical University and International Executive MBA from Bled School of Management, Slovenia.

Pavel began his work at the Adizes Institute in 2007 when he established Adizes Belarus, the first Adizes office in the Russian-speaking world. Since then he has been working throughout the Adizes network, delivering consulting services worldwide in 12 countries. Mr. Golenchenko has worked in the US and internationally with organizations operating in IT, logistics, telecommunications, healthcare, construction, engineering services, postgraduate education, manufacturing, and retail.

Prior to joining the Adizes Institute Pavel worked for 8 years as senior executive and CEO of two leading business schools in Belarus, specializing on development of Executives and their companies. He also successfully applied Adizes program to one of the companies he used to manage.

Victoria   Kucherchuk   first   started   working   with the Adizes Institute in 2009 as an Adizes Instructor. In this capacity, she has introduced countless individuals and organizations, around the world, to the Adizes Methodology. She is now a Certified Adizes Symbergetic™ Consultant where she specializes in helping organizations diagnose and solve their biggest problems.

Victoria has benefitted from collaborations with Adizes Consultants from the USA, Switzerland, Denmark, and Serbia. Her clients represent diverse industries, and profit from her professional approach and rich background.

Victoria has extensive experience as a successful business trainer, consultant and coach. Since 2003, she has worked with companies from various industries, helping managers improve their client-orientation, teamwork, people management skills, and abilities to coach their professional teams. In 2006, she established her own training company, Team Expert, LLC, specializing in teamwork development. She found that the Adizes PAEI concept added value to programs for managers interested in improving their management styles and teamwork capabilities and thus incorporated it into her work. The company continues to develop successfully and currently serves clients in Ukraine and some other neighbor countries.

From 1999–2003, Victoria was the Corporate Human Resources Trainer for Avon Cosmetics in Ukraine. During that time, she organized their Corporate Training & Development Center, facilitated the Avon Basic & Advanced Management Program, and worked with all levels of personnel, including the international team of trainers (European Learning Net).

Besides being certified in the Adizes Methodology, Victoria holds several international certificates and diplomas on management, leadership and coaching.

Victoria is married, has two children, and currently resides in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Anton is a Russian-speaking consultant of Adizes Institute since 2017.

He is qualified in Phases I-IV of the Adizes Methodology. He teaches in the graduate business school of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov.

He has been a participant and speaker of dozens of international conferences since 2008. He is the founder and president of the company 1C-ArchitectBusiness since 1997, is among the three largest companies in Russia that are developing and implementing IT solutions and services on the platform 1C:Enterprise. He has a first university degree as a Engineer-physicist, "computer aided design”, Russia.

Barbara has been since 2008 the director of CEED Slovenia (Center for Entrepreneurship & Executive Development) and recently became also the Global Program Manager working directly as part of the global team responsible for applying the CEED model to newly established CEED centers around the world.

Barbara has joined CEED in 2008 to help companies in their growth. She developed a comprehensive program that is based on sharing experiences,as well as training & coaching founders & business leaders of high growth companies. Over the 10 years CEED in Slovenia has thus helped over 500 companies, developed a network of over 100 professionals and mentors and has been an important contributor in building the entrepreneurial eco-systemin Slovenia. In her role she also acts as a mentor and trainer.

As CEED expanded internationally Barbara’s role expanded to support the newly established centers globally. Thus,she has helped establish the program in Macedonia, Kosovo, Morocco, Tunisia, Tanzania, Armenia, Moldavia, Bulgaria & Romania and acts as part of the global team in the expansion strategy of CEED globally.

Prior to CEED, Barbara worked over 10 years in a leading Slovene software development company HERMESS of tlab that grew from a start-up to an international company with more than 1000 employees and offices all over Europe & the USA.

She started her career as the marketing & PR specialist, became the corporate communications & marketing manager and from 2005-2008 was the Strategy Office Manager supporting the Managing Board on strategic plan, M&A projects as well as other strategic initiatives.

Borislav Djuric has over twenty years of work experience.

At the beginning of his career, he was sale representative for a big European company. Borislav became Manager of the sales team after three years work in that company. It was his first contact with people management.

Two years latera great opportunity came up and Borislav started to work as Manager of the commercial sector in one Slovenian company. From 2008. to 2015 he was CEO in two companies from animal feed industry. He established a several sales teams, purchasing sectors and marketing sectors during those seven years. Also, Borislav provided organization transformation and implementation of the quality standard in those two companies.

He met with the Adizes methodology for the first time in 2006. It happened during the lecture “Corporate Life Cycles“ by Mr. Vukic from ASEE. Fascinated by the reality of examples and correlation to his own experiences, he decided to apply principles of Adizes methodology in the companies where he was working.

Borislav joined the ASEE team in 2015. His area of work is job descriptions, Leadership training, Team problem-solving in companies. He graduated 1998 from the University of Novi Sad with a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural.He is married, has two daughters and resides in Serbia. He has been a member of the World Association of free diver for 11 years.

Danilo Gomez has a strong background in finance and human resources gained from his experience within various global companies in different industries like

Danilo first met the Adizes methodology when the consumer goods organization he was working with as the Chief Human Resources Officer began implementing Adizes. As the project leader of the Adizes program within the organization Danilo was intimately involved with its deployment. After successfully launching and implementing Adizes in this company, he decided to join Adizes as a full-time associate. Since then Danilo has undergone rigorous trainings so as to deepen his understanding and capability.

Danilo brings his experience of being on the receiving end of the Adizes methodology to every one of his engagements. He has a very hand on style of delivery and is able to provide in-depth coaching and support to those individuals charged with leading the Adizes deployment within client organizations.

Danilo is a trained C.P.A. and holds masters in Finance and Human Resources. He has also attended several development programs in leadership and management. Danilo is fluent in Spanish and English, and lives in Monterrey, Mexico with his family.

Don McKenzie is the Managing Director of the Adizes Institute Australia and uses his diverse experience, combined with the world recognized Adizes Methodology, to deliver transformation programs, workshops and in company seminars for all sizes and types of businesses, across Australia.

Don is an experienced executive and has built businesses both organically and by acquisition in different parts of the world. He led an Australian company to list on the
Australian Stock Exchange (ASX), and was the youngest Managing Director of an ASX listed business at that time.

Don is involved with the Queensland Government Mentoring for Growth program, which offers businesses a panel mentoring experience with leaders in various fields providing mentoring and guidance on a volunteer basis. He also provides mentoring and guidance for investment groups.

Don found Adizes during his journey as a private and then public company Managing Director and CEO. He now uses the methodology, coupled with his experience from owning small and large businesses, to help other businesses get to Prime. He uses his successes and failures as a business owner to help other owners and executives.

Goran has  more than 22 years of work experience. After finishing the Faculty of Agriculture he started working as a technologist in a small local factory of animal feed. In addition to creating recipes, Goran was involved in production organisation as well as work with clients. This small but successful Go-go company was his second home for three years. At the same time  he and his wife started  a small chain of fast food stores.  Five years later a great opportunity came up and Goran started to work as a sales representative for a big European company. Over the years he gained great experience in several companies, working in more responsible positions. As a sales director  he led the sales team of 25 employees for five years.


He came into contact with  the Adizes methodology for the first time in 2005. It happened during the lecture “ Corporate Life Cycles“ by Mr Vukić from ASEE. Fascinated by the reality of examples and correlation to his own experiences, he decided to further examine this topic.

Until  2011  he attended several trainings organised by ASEE, and then he joined  their team.

As very experienced sales manager he took the responsibility for development and implementation of sales trainings  in ASEE. During the years he worked on the creation of job descriptions in many companies. Lately he has been leading a synearteams.


Goran has been married for almost 20 years and he has three children. He has been a member of a blues band for 15 years. Gigs in clubs and festivals in the region give him great pleasure and relaxation.

Ilya Mayzler has more than twenty years of consulting experience. Moreover, he worked for over five years as Director for Strategy and Organizational Development in a large construction holding. His fields of specialization include optimization and development of business processes, implementation of management accounting and budgeting systems, designing of reward systems and project management systems. He implemented several large-scale comprehensive projects to improve the efficiency of company management systems and numerous projects to improve the efficiency of separate business functions.

As Director for Strategy and Organizational Development he successfully completed the company transformation project following the Adizes Methodology.
Ilya is a graduate of the Urals State Technical University with qualifications in Industrial Economics and Management. He also has a degree in Management Consulting.

He started collaborating with Adizes Institute in 2011 and was licensed as an Adizes In-Company Change Leader Phases I and II in 2013. Ilya has been working as Adizes Associate since 2016. His working language is Russian.

Ayhan Dayoglu, graduated from Yildiz Technical University (YTU) as mechanical engineer in 1988.

He received his MBA and Executive MBA from YTU and Sabancı University (SU) respectively. Ayhan started to work in Boronkay as aftersales services manager responsible for Daf Bus and Thermo King in 1992.

He moved to Temsa owned by Turkish conglomerate named Sabanci Holding as spare parts and aftersales manager in1998. Then he became sales and marketing director responsible for Turkey and moved to Adana. Later he was promoted as general manager of Temsa Egyptlocated in Cairo. He lived in Egypt until October 2011. After a long and educational period with Temsa, Ayhan was transferred to Ak Insurance, one of the leading non-life insurance provider belongs to Sabanci Holding and Ageas of Belgium, as assistant general manager responsible for claim and operations.

He managed over $350 million budget and restructured claim and health divisions to support growth and profitability of the company. In August 2016, Ayhan founded his consulting company to assist organizations to cope with disruptive challenges. Ayhan believes that the most important matter when it comes to taking necessary actions is productive/happy employees and he focuses on developing and improving skills of people around him.

He completed ICF accredited Gestalt Coaching, Gestalt Group Coaching, Flow Team Coaching and Adizes Institute Integrators Programs. Ayhan has over 1.000hours of individual & organizational coaching and training experience.
